I’m an executive coach, facilitator, and experience designer, partnering with founders, CEOs, and executive teams navigating growth and transformation. For nearly a decade, I helped build Reboot into a premier executive coaching firm in the venture-backed tech startup ecosystem. As Director of Coaching, I designed leadership programs and retreats, led the coaching cohort, and helped the firm become an industry leader.

I bring a distinctive approach to leadership coaching that integrates practical business frameworks with deep psychological insight. I help leaders examine both the tactical and personal dimensions of their challenges, creating conditions for sustainable growth and improved performance. My work spans venture-backed startups, distributed technology companies, the entertainment industry, and mission-driven organizations.

Drawing from wide-ranging experience and a commitment to deep inquiry, I help leaders identify and overcome outdated patterns, improve decision-making, and build more effective teams. My background includes roles in education, pastoral ministry, and as an executive level operator in fast-scaling startups, allowing me to support leaders through strategic and personal challenges. Alongside coaching individual leaders, I design and facilitate team-based and cohort-based leadership programs, focusing on creating lasting impact for leaders and their organizations.

I hold a BA in English and a Master’s in Education, and am a certified executive coach. I live in Charlotte, NC, with my wife, Michelle, and our three children—Beulah, Chayah, and Judah. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, gardening, cooking, and writing and recording my own songs.
